Returns for Print-on-Demand Products

All physical items are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful.

If your item is defective, damaged, or misprinted, please email support@karmapenguin.com
within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept general returns for incorrect size choice or buyer preference except where required by law, as explained below for EU customers.

EU Right of Withdrawal (Two-Week Cancellation Period)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days (two weeks) of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

This right applies even to made-to-order products.

within 14 days of delivery.

You then have another 14 days to return the item.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop.

Return Shipping Responsibility

​

• Change-of-mind cancellations under EU law: customer pays return shipping.

• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping.

 

Refunds

​

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof it has been sent.

Refunds include:

• Full product price

• Original standard shipping cost

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Digital Products (Important for EU Customers)

Digital downloads are generally non-refundable.

However, for EU customers, by purchasing and downloading a digital product, you expressly agree to immediate access to the content and acknowledge that this waives your 14-day Right of Withdrawal once the download has started, in accordance with EU consumer law for digital content.

EU Legal Guarantee (2 Years)

EU customers are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
