Karma Penguin is not a licensed provider or substitute for licensed professionals. Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, depending on item type and demand. (We don’t rush penguins — or printers.)
Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
Print-on-Demand Products: Apparel and other custom print items (e.g., hats, t-shirts, hoodies) are fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider. Production times may vary and are subject to Printful’s fulfillment schedule.
Lost Packages: Aurora Amore LLC, DBA Karma Penguin, is not responsible for lost packages after confirmed delivery. Printful’s shipping and fulfillment policies apply to print-on-demand items.

Return and Refund Policy

Print-on-Demand Products: Everything we offer is made to order (no dusty warehouse boxes here). Printful does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective or misprinted. If something’s wrong, email us at support@karmapenguin.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds: Refunds (EXCHANGES?) for eligible issues will be issued to the original payment method by Aurora Amore LLC, DBA Karma Penguin, within 5–10 business days. Please note: while we process refunds promptly, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution’s processing policies. (Translation: we move fast, but your bank might not.)
Digital Products: All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. (Think of them as spiritual tattoos — once downloaded, they’re yours.)
