Feeling Overwhelmed? Your Brain Isn't Broken—It's Just Full
I woke up in a different bed, in a different city, unable to find a single thing I actually needed—including my toothbrush, my face cream, and apparently my mind. It just means it's full. Sometimes the answer isn't more discipline. It's a little grace—and a good laugh.
