I woke up in a different bed, in a different city, unable to find a single thing I actually needed—including my toothbrush, my face cream, and apparently my mind. Between three suitcases, six tote bags, a toddler yelling "I push!", work, and a daily blog, my brain hit its limit. But here's what I realized: feeling overwhelmed doesn't mean your brain is broken. It just means it's full. Sometimes the answer isn't more discipline. It's a little grace—and a good laugh.
