Welcome to a powerful season of March 2026 spiritual growth and renewal, as we usher in longer, lighter days and the official start of spring. In the United States, the clocks “spring forward” at 2:00 AM on March 8, 2026. I used to focus on losing that hour of sleep with an "OMG, I’m going to be so tired for two weeks" mindset, but now, I can’t be any more excited for the extra sunlight. I’ll gladly trade an hour of shut-eye for a sunset that doesn't happen while I'm still finishing my lunch.
The March equinox arrives on Friday, March 20, at 10:46 AM EDT, marking a literal Gentle Reset. Even better? March 20 is also the day Mercury goes direct. We are leaving the retrograde fog behind. It is a true green light from the universe to tilt toward the light and grow, even if we’re doing it a little caffeinated.
Passing the Torch: Supporting Our Sisters
March 2026 is Women’s History Month, a time to honor the social, economic, and political achievements of women. Within this month falls International Women’s Day on March 8. For a woman who runs a small business, this is a day to honor the bravery and hard work of past generations while committing to open doors for future ones. I want my daughter to live in a better world with even more opportunities than we have today, and I know that starts with the work we do now.
We are so blessed, and just like the women who stood on the shoulders of those before them, it’s our responsibility to assist women who may not have these same opportunities—especially those in places where survival and having food on the table is a daily struggle. Moving from a mindset of "me" to "we" is a huge part of my own spiritual growth, and I am committed to finding ways to help our global sisters thrive. Whether it is through our business or our personal efforts, we can turn our abundance into a bridge for others.
Green Suits and Our Annual Family Dinner
One of March’s most recognizable celebrations is St. Patrick’s Day on March 17. According to National Geographic, the holiday honors the patron saint of Ireland, who was actually born in Britain around A.D. 390. He was kidnapped and enslaved in Ireland as a teenager, but after escaping, he later returned as a missionary. While it began as a religious feast day in 1631, it has evolved into a massive global celebration of Irish heritage.
For my family, this day is a beautiful bridge to the past. My father-in-law, a proud Irish-American, was the ultimate St. Paddy’s Superfan—green suit, the "whole shebang," and a heart of gold. Since I started dating my husband in 2012, our annual family dinner became a cornerstone of our lives and a tradition I deeply want to pass on to my daughter. Now, as a non-meat eater, you won’t find any traditional bacon or corned beef on my plate, but the heart of the tradition is what truly matters.
Real-Life Somatic Healing (Or: The "Mama" Loop)
Speaking of my daughter, we are heading into Aries Season (March 21 – April 20). My little Aries is energetic, courageous, and has a black belt in testing my Nervous System.
I’ve been teaching her how to breathe with me for some Somatic Healing, but she does it in the most exaggerated, theatrical way because that’s how I taught her! I keep waiting for that "perfectly curated Instagram yoga moment," but reality usually involves me in an upward cat stretch while she climbs on my back like a jungle gym, chanting "Mama, mama, mama" into my ear. It’s not exactly "zen," but it’s our version of Inner Work.
Pi Day: Math vs. Money
Mid-month brings Pi Day on March 14 (3.14). Now, let’s be clear: the complex physics and theoretical math are for my husband, the finance guy. I leave the circles to him. However, with my background in real estate, I have absolutely perfected the art of the percentage. How could I not? It was how I was paid for many, many years! Otherwise, let’s just use the day as an excuse to eat something circular and delicious.
Seeds, Goals, and Exploding Lamps
As the world thaws, I am reflecting on the "blood, sweat, and tears" it took to get here. Some people describe their business growth as a "peaceful morning yoga flow." Mine was a HIIT session where the lamp got kicked over, exploded, caught fire, the house flooded, and then we started over. That is the raw reality of Healing & Inner Work. We mop up the water, we buy a new lamp, and we keep planting.
This March, I am trusting that those chaotic efforts are finally blooming into gold. Just as seeds break through the cold soil, the efforts we've poured into our dreams will sprout into something vibrant and beautiful.
May this month bring you light, renewal, and the patience to breathe through the new beginnings. May the seeds you planted bring beautiful abundance flowers!
About the Author | Day 60
I am on Day 60 of a 365-day journey—sixty days of choosing to bloom even when the soil felt cold. As a small business owner, a mother to a spirited Aries daughter, and a seeker of Spiritual Growth, my journey hasn't exactly been a peaceful yoga flow. In fact, most of my growth has come from the "HIIT sessions" of life. It’s the raw, unpolished reality of those moments where the metaphorical lamp gets kicked over, the house floods, and you have to mop up the water, find your breath, and start over.
With a background in real estate, I mastered the art of percentages and the grit of the hustle, but today, my heart is centered on Somatic Healing and Nervous System regulation. I believe that true abundance isn't just about the numbers on a closing statement; it’s about the capacity to breathe through the chaos and turn our hard-earned "blood, sweat, and tears" into gold.
Whether I’m practicing an upward cat stretch with a toddler climbing on my back, or honoring our family traditions, I am deeply committed to the Gentle Reset. I believe we owe it to the women who came before us, and the daughters coming after us, to live in our full frequency. My mission is to keep the door propped open, ensuring that our collective success creates a better, more opportunistic world for the next generation.
You were never meant to bloom in isolation.
Thank you for being part of this journey toward abundance, cosmic alignment, and collective light, Dear Reader. ❤️
