Quantum Growth and Business Success and the 111-Year-Old Youngun

A successful business owner, as a traveling queen, finds peace by a Hawaii waterfall, symbolizing the recalibration and boundaries needed for Quantum Growth and Business Success.

Welcome to Day 56. Yesterday, I was 532 years old, but today? Today, I’m feeling like a sprightly 111-year-old youngun. Progress! To me, the secret to Quantum Growth and Business Success isn't about working harder; it’s about knowing when to recalibrate the soul.

Today is National Inconvenience Yourself Day and Quiet Day. Usually, when people hear "Quiet Day," they think of some cosmic mandate. But for a traveling Queen, a mother, and a business owner, quiet isn't a "trap" anymore. My old self used to find silence uncomfortable—my nervous system was so used to being in overdrive that it took me four days on my first trip to Hawaii just to learn how to embrace the calm. Now? The sweet sound of nothing is the most beautiful peace to exist. Give me the birds, the water, and the wind over the noise of the "Sled" any day.

The Red Button: A Tool for Quantum Growth and Business Success

In my world, silence is usually a sign that my daughter is currently disassembling something. A month ago, I had to learn how to put a hotel lamp back together because of her curiosity. I have a budding engineer or inventor on my hands, and watching her is like watching Heaven on Earth in motion.

She is fearless. She hasn't been given a reason to be cautious, to look over her shoulder, or to feel the weight of a sled because I protect her. I want her to stay that engineer. She is pure, loving magic, and she recently taught me the ultimate lesson in boundary-setting: The Red Button.

When she is on FaceTime with her favorite people, she is all in. But the second she is done? Make no mistake, she hits that Red Button. She disconnects. She doesn't linger out of politeness, she doesn't waste her energy on a call that is dragging, and she doesn't drain her battery for the sake of others. She chooses her peace.

True Quantum Growth and Business Success requires you to have a Red Button. If a situation is draining you, or if the 3D world is dragging you into a loop that isn't yours: Hit the Red Button. Your peace comes first, always.

The 3D Glitch & The Big Island Reset

The 3D world tried to throw a wrench in my plans today, with project delays pushing my travel into April and May. Old me might have spiraled. 111-year-old me took a big breath.

When things glitch, I close my eyes and go back to the Big Island of Hawaii. One of the most magical trips of my life. I feel my entire body relax, starting with my chest. My jaw unclenches. I breathe better. I find myself smiling as I feel the heat of the sun and that magical water. It’s a place where the weight is lifted and nothing exists except peace, tranquility, and love.

Water has a healing effect on my life. I am happiest when I am around it. There is something beyond magical about sitting in front of a waterfall, especially when you see a rainbow, or swimming in a beautiful body of water. I’m no quantum physicist, but the ocean is nature’s medicine. It draws all the impurities out and recalibrates the body. Between the beaches and the hikes, that island was pure magic.

Why I’m Sitting This One Out

Technically, today is a day dedicated to putting others first. While that is a beautiful sentiment, I am mostly sitting "Inconvenience Yourself Day" out.

I have been living that reality daily. As a wife, mother, and business owner, putting others first is my default setting. Today, my growth is in acknowledging that I’ve done enough—I've done as much as I can right now.

However, I am choosing to participate in a small, symbolic way—I will do a random, unexpected act of kindness for someone. I invite you, dear reader, to participate in this with me if you feel called to. I don’t know what I will do yet; it may be buying a coffee or a pastry for someone who isn’t expecting it, or a small donation—whatever comes up.

On that note, I do have a pending fundraiser that I am behind on. I am so sorry to the recipients—please know I am fully committed and will complete it as soon as possible. Sometimes, the "Sled" gets heavy, but the commitment remains. I’m choosing the water. I’m choosing the recalibration. I'm choosing a small act of kindness that feels like a gift, not a chore.

The Reality Behind the "Easy" Look

People often say to me, "I don’t know how you do it, you make it look so easy." But I am tired of making it look easy. I’m tired of not being allowed to have "moments." Because I make it look easy, people feel they can dismiss my feelings or assume I'm fine when I'm actually at my limit. The "human" side of this journey involves:

  • Eating a spoonful of non-dairy Ben & Jerry’s Mint Chocolate Cookie at 10:00 AM.

  • Crying in the shower because it’s the only place I can let the pressure out without being judged.

  • Standing in my building hallway with my eyes closed while walking to my apartment because I am literally bone-tired.

Somatic Practice: The Red Button & The Hawaii Reset

  1. The Red Button: Physically mimic hitting a big Red Button in the air to disconnect from anyone dismissing your feelings or wasting your time. Let out a loud "Aaagghhh!"

  2. The Jaw Drop: Consciously drop your jaw and feel the tension drain out of your face.

  3. The 60-Second Escape: Close your eyes. Feel the Big Island sun on your skin and hear the waterfall. Believe, just for a moment, that you are already there.

I am on Day 56 of a 365-day journey toward Quantum Growth and Business Success. I am a wife, mother, daughter, and traveling Queen learning that hitting the "Red Button" is the highest form of self-care. When I’m not putting hotel lamps back together or enjoying 10:00 AM ice cream, I’m reclaiming my right to find my way back to the water.
