Somatic Healing for Abundance: Moving Past My $1.06 Rock Bottom

I have a screenshot on my phone that I have never shared. It is a digital record of a season where every pillar of my life felt like it was cracking. I remember the exact afternoon: a series of disappointments had left me raw. My partner at the time asked to borrow money for a bill, and I realized that if I sent him another dime, I would be left with exactly $1.06.
In that moment, I didn't feel "spiritual" or "zen." I felt a heat in my face and a fire in my gut. I declared right then: I will never have this little again.
Why Somatic Healing for Abundance is My Only Path Forward
I am sharing this story for the first time because I am currently in the "exhausted in-between." I am planning a move in March or April. I am working on six-figure projects. And yet, today, the optimism is gone. If I’m being honest, I am fed up.
When we talk about somatic healing for abundance, we are talking about how our nervous system processes the "gap" between our past scarcity and our future expansion. Today, February 22nd, the Moon is in Aries. Aries is the sign of the pioneer and the warrior, but it’s also the sign of impatience. It wants the move to be finished and the projects to be funded now. That "fed up" feeling? That is the Aries fire meeting the reality of the "wait."
To Conquer the Mind, You Must Channel the Fire
My teacher says, “Conquer the mind, conquer the world.” But what do you do when the mind is a loud, buzzing room? When I see a temporary balance on a card, my old $1.06 programming—that "I’m not worthy" narrative—tries to surface.
In those moments, I have to use a fierce somatic healing approach to remind my body that the pressure isn't real.
The "Unreal" Filter: I look at the scarcity-fear and say, "Stop. This is a ghost of who I used to be. It isn't real."
The Nervous System Check: I acknowledge that my "fed up" feeling is actually an Aries "Call to Action." My body is ready for the next chapter, even if the 3D world is still catching up.
An Aries Moon Practice for Your Move (March/April)
If you are also standing on the edge of a big change but feeling drained and impatient, try this somatic healing for abundance ritual to channel that fire without burning out:
The Jaw Release: Aries rules the head and jaw. When we are "fed up," we clench. Open your mouth wide, move your jaw side to side, and let out a long "Ah" sound.
The Power Stance: Stand up. Plant your feet. Feel the heat of your "Never Again" declaration in your belly.
The Glide: Take three intentional steps across your room. Don’t march; glide. This is how you conquer the mind—by proving to your body that you are the one in control of your movement, not your bank account.
Final Thoughts on the "In-Between"
I don’t know the address of my new home yet, but I know the $1.06 version of me is a memory. I am moving, I am building, and I am allowing myself to be "fed up" today without letting it break my fire.
Reflection
I’ve never shared that $1.06 story until today. Have you ever had a "Never Again" moment that you’re still quietly working through? Let’s be real in the comments.
About the Author | Day 53
I am currently on Day 53 of a 365-day journey, documenting the gritty, unpolished reality of spiritual growth, mindset, and somatic healing. Today is about the reclamation of the "Fierce Declaration"—the moment we stop pretending the "in-between" is easy and start honoring the visceral fire of being "fed up" with our own scarcity stories.
When I’m not navigating the heavy fog of a mid-pivot exhaustion or dismantling the "I’m not worthy" narrative one somatic breath at a time, I’m sharing the raw truth of what it takes to move from a $1.06 bank account to manifesting six and seven-figure deals. Whether I’m anchoring my nervous system for a March move or using the Aries Moon to channel my impatience into power, I am here to prove that you can be both "done with the wait" and still fully in your power.
Thank you for being part of this 365-day journey toward abundance, somatic awareness, and the radical responsibility of conquering the mind to own your world
