Sometimes, Self-Care Means Taking the Weekend Off
It's Friday night, and I'm taking the whole weekend off. After the week we've had, I don't feel one ounce of guilt saying that. This week I cut a corner — did something the easier way instead of the "right" way — and absolutely nothing bad happened. It made me wonder how much extra weight we carry because of that one little word: should. Joy doesn't have to wait until everything is fixed. Feeling Overwhelmed? Your Brain Isn't Broken—It's Just Full
I woke up in a different bed, in a different city, unable to find a single thing I actually needed—including my toothbrush, my face cream, and apparently my mind. Somewhere between the trees and the winding paths, I rediscovered the real la dolce vita meaning. It isn't about extravagance. It's about slowing down long enough to notice that the life you're already living is far sweeter than you've given yourself time to see.

When You're Too Tired to Try (And Magic Happens Anyway)
I slept two hours thanks to New Moon energy. Woke up exhausted, expecting a survival day. Instead? My toddler requested Sound of Music, I got actual work done, she took a miracle nap, and the hotel I'd been desperately trying to book during World Cup week called to say they found me a room. Yesterday I wrote about surrender. Today I lived it — because I was literally too tired to grip. Sometimes exhaustion is the universe's way of forcing you to let go.

I’m Possible: A Gentle Reframe on Nervous System Capacity
We often hear Audrey Hepburn’s quote, 'Nothing is impossible,' and feel the heavy pressure to push harder, do more, and conquer the world. But what if that quote isn't about hustle? What if it's a gentle reminder that possibility still exists, even when your nervous system capacity is completely tapped out?
