Today, I just don't feel like doing anything—and maybe that's okay. This is a tender day of grief, soreness, and quiet release. After a chiropractic session that opened the floodgates of feeling, my toddler wiped my tears and a friend reminded me good times are ahead. Sometimes healing isn't a breakthrough. Sometimes it's rest, water, tears, and one honest step. When you don't feel like doing anything, there may be a reason worth honoring.
